Merino wool is much finer and softer than regular wool, making it itch-free. It is naturally moisture-wicking, odor-resistant, and temperature-regulating, allowing you to wear it for days without a wash.
How should I care for my Unbound Merino garments?
We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with wool-safe detergent. To maintain shape and longevity, always lay flat to air dry and avoid using a tumble dryer or bleach.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide from our various distribution centers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all items in their original, unwashed condition. If you aren't completely satisfied with the fit or feel, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk; however, because they are natural fibers, minor shrinkage of about 1-2% may occur if washed in warm water. To prevent shrinkage, always use cold water and air dry.
Is your wool ethically sourced?
